HALLOWEEN PHOTOS

    In 1996, Geauga Lake became the first park in the region to host a Halloween event called HallowScream.  This event was renamed Fright Fest in 2000 when the park became Six Flags Ohio. Six Flags was known to go all out on the blood and gore theme.  When Cedar Fair purchased the park in 2004 they renamed it Halloween Haunt and toned down the gore considerably however they did add fog to the park and the awesome Fright Zone in the western area. It was a very popular fall event. The Haunt was cancelled after the 2005 season.
